We have high strength C-Channel steel. There are 3/8" (0.375") slots (1"-1.5" long) in the channel for mounting purposes.
 
Measures - 2" x 1" (wing or inside measurement of the 1" section is ~3/4") and is 3/16" (0.1875") thick
 
The channel comes in lengths between 20" - 48". If you require a size that does not match up to any of these, please let us know and we can make the size that works for you.
 

 Slots per Channel are as follows:
 

Up to 20"

22" to 40"

42" to 48"

50" and Above
3 5 7 9

 

This is something that a lot of woodworkers do regularly to help with stabilization and prevent warping as live edge tables can be unpredictable and come in every size you can imagine. 
 
The channel can be powder coated to give a hard-wearing finish. The powder coat color is Flat Black.
